黑料网 must recognize an entity as a Qualified Transmission Project Sponsor (QTPS) before that customer can sponsor a proposal for a Reliability Transmission Upgrade (RTU), Market Efficiency Transmission Upgrade (METU), Public Policy Transmission Upgrade (PPTU), or Backstop Transmission Solution. The application process is conducted according to requirements of the Regional System Planning Process, which is Attachment K of the ISO’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT).
Additionally, an entity is required to maintain its QTPS status by completing an annual certification process.

To maintain your QTPS status, submit a completed QTPS certification form annually starting the January after obtaining QTPS status.
