In accordance with Market Rule 1, Sections III.13.4 and III.13.5, the submission period for submitting Capacity Supply Obligation Bilateral Contracts to the Forward Capacity Market CSO Bilateral Period for February 2026 will open on December 10, 2025 (00:00) and will close on December 11, 2025 (11:00). The submission period for submitting bids and offers to the Forward Capacity Market Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for Feburary 2026 will open on December 18, 2025 (00:00) and will close on December 19, 2025 (11:00).

The window to elect critical path schedule (CPS) monitoring for New Demand Capacity Resources, New Generating Capacity Resources, and New Import Capacity Resources is now open and will close on November 3, 2025 at 23:59. Pursuant to Section III.13.A.2(2) of the ��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff, electing CPS monitoring within the CPS monitoring election window is required to successfully complete the 2025 interim reconfiguration auction (RA) qualification process.
