The FCTS will also indicate if the Resource has incurred a significant decrease in capacity pursuant to ��. Transmission, Markets, and Services Tariff Section III.13.4.2.1.3.

As part of this qualification process, the restoration plan window opened on January 16, 2026 and will close on January 30, 2026 at 23:59. At this time, you may review the Qualified Capacity values for your resources and submit a restoration plan for any resource that has been flagged with a significant decrease in capacity.
